Your operating details stay yours.
The assessment asks for enough context to understand a business bottleneck and respond. It is not permission to publish your process, train a public story, or silently expand how your information is used.
What we collect
We collect the contact, company, process, bottleneck, desired-outcome, source, campaign, landing-page, and referral details associated with an assessment you intentionally submit. Technical protections may also record limited request information needed to reject abuse and keep the form reliable.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate the potential agent role, communicate about that assessment, protect the service, and improve the accuracy of our intake. We do not promise a deployment, business result, or recommendation simply because a form was submitted.
What the site measures
We record a limited set of first-party events—identified assessment links clicked and whether an assessment was started, rejected, or received—together with the internal page path and time. These events do not contain your free-text answers, contact details, advertising fingerprint, or cross-site browsing history.
How the intake is handled
Accepted submissions are stored before any optional notification is attempted, so a notification failure does not silently erase the request. An encrypted server-side webhook may deliver the same assessment to our customer relationship system for authorized follow-up. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections on the deployed service.
Your choices
You can decline the assessment, omit optional context, or ask that follow-up stop. Do not submit passwords, API keys, customer secrets, regulated records, or information you are not authorized to share.
Boundaries
This notice describes this intake surface. A later implementation will require its own agreement, permissions, system inventory, and data-handling decisions before any live connection is made.
